What is your returns policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

1. Pack the goods

Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• Add the returns form from your order

2. Where to bring goods

You can drop off your return at any of our partner locations or schedule a pickup through your account dashboard.

3. How will I get a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
